Seeking skilled, motivated and hardworking individuals! We want you to promote our real estate projects at our mall stands, engage with potential customers, and generate leads. You will be helping the company increase sales, raise brand awareness, collect valuable data, provide cost-effective marketing, and provide valuable customer feedback.

. Collect customer information and maintain accurate records of leads

. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or retail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to engage with potential customers
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
  • Female candidate preferred
  • Fluent in English

Required Experience

  1. Sales Skills: A sales promoter should have the ability to understand and apply sales techniques effectively. This includes understanding the needs of the customer, building rapport, and closing sales effectively.
  2. Product Knowledge: A sales promoter should have excellent knowledge of the products that they promote. This enables them to answer any questions that potential customers might have about the product and how it fits their needs.
  3. Communication Skills: A sales promoter should have excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen actively, articulate the benefits of the product or service, and present information in a clear and concise manner.
  4. Marketing Skills: A sales promoter should understand marketing strategies and have the ability to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
